Lockport Township High School District 205 proudly celebrated the Third Annual Lockport Legends Induction Ceremony on Thursday evening at Mistwood Golf Club, honoring 14 remarkable individuals whose achievements, leadership, and dedication have left a lasting legacy on Lockport athletics.
The Lockport Legends recognition is reserved for individuals and teams who have made significant contributions to the enduring greatness of the Lockport athletic family while exemplifying the pride, work ethic, and indelible spirit of what it truly means to be a Lockport Porter.
This year's class included three individuals who were recognized in memoriam, celebrating legacies that continue to inspire generations of Porters.

The evening celebrated decades of excellence across numerous athletic programs, recognizing coaches, athletes, community supporters, and pioneers whose accomplishments have helped shape the proud tradition of Lockport Township High School athletics.
Special recognition is extended to local historian and sportswriter Curt Herron, who authored each inductee's biography, preserving the stories and accomplishments of this outstanding class of Lockport Legends.
The District also extends its sincere appreciation to the Lockport Legends Committee for their dedication in planning and organizing this special event: Michael Dwyer, Matt Eber, John Greenan, Joe Cunnane, Matt Bartley, Josh Oster, Marissa Chovanec, Grant Ferkaluk
Guests enjoyed an evening of celebration, reflection, and recognition as family members, friends, former teammates, coaches, and community members gathered to honor the 2026 Lockport Legends inductees. The evening featured heartfelt presentations, memorable stories, and the official induction of this year's class into the distinguished Lockport Legends tradition.
