As we prepare to welcome students for the 2026–2027 school year, we are excited to introduce a new Student Services structure designed to provide greater continuity of care and support throughout each student's high school experience.
Beginning this school year, students will remain with the same dedicated Student Services Team—including a school counselor, school social worker, and dean—as they progress from freshman year through graduation. This "looping" model is designed to strengthen relationships, improve communication with families, and provide more personalized academic, social-emotional, and postsecondary support.
By maintaining consistent Student Services teams, we are creating opportunities for stronger connections between students, families, and the staff members who will support them throughout all four years at LTHS.
