Mandatory state testing will take place on Thursday, April 9, 2026, for all LTHS students in grades 9–11.
Students will begin testing promptly at 7:45 AM and will be dismissed at approximately 12:30 PM (except for students testing with accommodations, who may have extended time).
Testing assignments by grade level:
Freshmen: PreACT Secure 9
Sophomores: PreACT Secure
Juniors: ACT (required for graduation)
Seniors will not have classes on this day and are encouraged to use the time for community service or college visits.
