Reflections on the Honor
Upon receiving the award, Dr. Greenan shared:
"I feel very honored to be recognized by the Illinois Association of School Personnel Administrators (IASPA) with this year's New Member Award. Joining IASPA has been one of the highlights of my professional career, as I have been able to meet and collaborate with an outstanding, supportive group of personnel administrators throughout the state. I am proud to accept this award on behalf of our school community at Lockport Township High School. If I could not highlight the great support, work, and accomplishments of our Board of Education, staff, and students, there would be no award. I would also like to especially thank Frankie Hatley (Personnel Specialist) and Christine Mildice (Personnel Assistant) for being great teammates in our work together in the Personnel Office."
Celebrating Leadership and Impact
The LTHS District 205 Board of Education proudly congratulated Dr. Greenan on this well-deserved recognition at the January 26, 2026 Board Meeting. The IASPA New Member Award highlights his outstanding contributions to human resources administration and affirms the positive impact of his leadership at the local, state, and national levels.
Congratulations, Dr. Greenan! Your work continues to strengthen our staff, our culture, and our school community.
