Dear Lockport Township High School District 205 Parents and Guardians,
Each year, the State of Illinois asks schools to gather parent feedback on key components of effective schools. As we did last year, we are pleased to offer an alternative parent survey that is significantly shorter than the traditional 5Essentials survey.
This confidential survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and allows you to share your experiences with LTHS, including your perceptions of school safety and climate. Your input is important to us, and we are committed to sharing the results with our school community.
We need your participation. At least 20% of parents must complete the survey for our results to be included in the Annual Illinois School Report Card. If this participation threshold is not met, LTHS results will not be reported. We strongly encourage all parents to take part.
