If you do not have a current student enrolled at LTHS, proceed to New Family Online Enrollment. You will complete the Online Enrollment as a new family. You do NOT need an activation code if this is your first student in the district.
If you have a current student at LTHS or Kelvin Grove and have a Campus Parent Portal account, log in to your parent portal. Under the menu, click MORE, then click ONLINE ENROLLMENT and follow the steps to add a new student.
If you have a current student at LTHS but do not yet have a Campus Parent Portal account, please email email@example.com to get your activation code to create your account, and then follow the ONLINE ENROLLMENT link to complete the steps. Note: activation codes are only available to parents of CURRENT high school students. If your 8th grader is your first child to enroll in LTHS, you do NOT need an activation code.
Every student must be enrolled through the Online Enrollment and you MUST upload the following documents:
Student’s certified, county issued birth certificate, not the hospital souvenir certificate
Custody/Guardianship paperwork, if applicable
Valid ID for parent/guardian AND 2 additional proofs of residency, including:
Property tax bills
Auto registration or insurance card with valid address.
Utility bill-gas/electric/water/garbage/cable-dated within last 30 days.
All documents must have the parent's/guardian’s name with a current address within Lockport District 205 boundaries. Leases are not accepted.

Note: When selecting the student's grade, choose 08HS-Placement Exam. IEPs, 504s, freshman physicals and school fees are NOT required at the time of enrollment. Only the student's birth certificate, parent ID, documents proving residency, and any applicable custody documents are required at this time.
