Dance Team

Welcome! Competitive dance is an IHSA sport. We compete at both the JV and Varsity levels. We perform at home football games and basketball games. Our competitive season begins in October and we compete at IHSA local and state competitions and invitationals. Our three seasons run from July-October (football season), October - March (competitive season) and November-February (basketball season).

Team Information

Lockport Township High School Dance Team will host try-outs in the Spring of 2025. Dance experience is required. Varsity members should have dance experience and comprehension of upper level dance skills.

All students planning on trying out for the 2025-2026 Dance Team must have a current physical, and complete registration on 8 to 18, complete the dance information google form and provide 2 recommendation letters.
