Porters Going The Distance - June ChallengePorters Going the Distance challenges YOU to a run/walk weekly race during the month of June. All you need to do is run or walk the distance and take a picture/video after your race (take a picture of your activity tracker or create a video when you finish). You can do this by yourself, with your family members, friends as long as you are practicing safe social distancing, or on a treadmill. You can do ALL four races each week or pick and chose. Each week, we will post all FINISHERS on the school website and promote on social media (Twitter: @LTHSPE or Instagram: Porters_PE).
Here is the Distance for Each of the Weeks:
Week 1: June 1 - 7 3K (1.864 miles or more)
Week 2: June 8 - 14 5K (3.107 miles or more)
Week 3: June 15 - 21 8K (4.971 miles or more)
Week 4: June 22 - 28 10K (6.2 miles or more)
