National Honor Society

  • Club Description: The National Honor Society is an organization of students who excel in the areas of scholarship, leadership, character, and service. N.H.S. members serve their school and community through activities such as the Tutoring Program, Read Across America, and food drives. School events sponsored by the N.H.S. include the Homecoming Dance, Teacher Appreciation Week, and the National Honor Society Induction Ceremony. Juniors and Seniors may be eligible for membership by having a cumulative grade point average, weighted or unweighted, of at least 3.5. Students must also be well-rounded in areas of scholarship, leadership, character, and service.  Once qualified, students are invited to apply and then students are selected by a committee of faculty members.

    Meeting Location: At this time all NHS meetings are virtual.  You are expected to watch the meeting located on Google Classroom.  If you have any questions or concerns please email Mrs Kuhlmann or Mrs Steinke.

    Meeting Time: You are required to attend all NHS meetings which are virtual.  If you have 1 unexcused absence you will be placed on probation, on your second unexcused absence you will be dismissed.

    Meeting Dates are as follows: January 26th, 2021, March 9th, 2021, and May 11th, 2021.
