  • Junior Varsity Porter Culinary Team

    If you like to cook, are competitive and meet the following criteria you may want to joint JVPCT:

    Salad Demonstration Competition - You need to be currently enrolled in OR have passed Foods 1 with a C or higher; you may want to consider developing your own saland and dressing to present to judges.  Practice dates and times will be announced.

    Relish Tray Competition -You need to be currently enrolled in OR have passed Culinary Arts with a C or higher; you may want to consider developing a fruit or vegetable relish tray to present to judges.  Practice dtes and times will be announced.

     

    Varsity Porter Culinary Team

    You must be currently enrolled in Food Service and earning a C or higher.  Students must work in teams or three to prepare an appetizer, entree, two sides and dessert in one hour.  There are three required menus the students will practice after school.  Practice dates and times will be announced.
