Illinois Science Assessment
All juniors are required to take the Illinois Science Assessment (ISA). This is a state-required test, so students must be in attendance on their assigned date. To ensure that all students have adequate access to the ISA web-based test, LTHS will be administering the ISA over two separate days. The LTHS Group (A-La) will take the test on campus on Wednesday, May 5. The Porters Group (Lb-Z) will take the test on campus on Wednesday, May 12.
This ISA Tutorial walks students through how to log in to the test, the tools available within the test, and the types of questions included in the test. Viewing this short tutorial will help students navigate through the test.
School for juniors taking the test will start at 7:50 a.m. They will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. Each student was sent an email with the room location for their test. Bus service is available, but students must indicate that they will require transportation in a transportation survey that they will receive on Monday, May 3.
