Course Description: This is a yearlong course designed for serious students of Psychology. Students will be introduced to the scientific study of human behavior and cognitive process. In addition, students will also discover the concepts of motivation, emotion, and personality, as well as examining theories of human development and social behavior. Students enrolled in AP Psychology are encouraged to take the Advanced Placement (AP) exam in May, which may result in college credit for some students. There is a fee associated with the AP exam.
