If you need assistance with technology please contact the Help Desk. Our Help Desk system gives everyone a single point of contact for all technology needs. This includes lab requests, toner for printers, software installs, issues with the telephone system, reporting a problem, and new user accounts. Contacting the Help Desk is the quickest and best way to receive assistance. Please only contact technology staff directly if they are assigned to your ticket. Contacting a staff member from Technology directly will not guarantee a quicker response, it will actually hinder anothers trouble ticket repsonse time.
There are two ways to place a trouble ticket:
- You may click on the Icon below to enter a schooldude request.
- You may also call the Help Desk at extension 8637 and a trouble ticket will be created manually and assigned to the correct person.
