If you need assistance with technology please contact the Help Desk. Our Help Desk system gives everyone a single point of contact for all technology needs. This includes lab requests, toner for printers, software installs, issues with the new telephone system, reporting a problem, and new user accounts.
There are three ways to contact the Help Desk:
- Click on the Help Desk link on the left. Then click add a new Work Order. This will automatically create a trouble
ticket in our database of requests. The correct person will be assigned the request and there will be a record of
actions taken to resolve the issue.
- You may send an email to helpdesk@lths.org. Please include a description of the issue
that you are experiencing, your name, your Campus, and your Room Number. This will automatically create a trouble
ticket in our database of requests. The correct person will be assigned the request and there will be a record of
actions taken to resolve the issue.
- You may also call the Help Desk at extension 8637 and a trouble ticket will be created manually and assigned to the correct person. This system will guarantee quicker response to issues. When you contact technology staff directly we can not guarantee a quick response. Contacting the Help Desk is the quickest and best way to receive assistance.
