Given the consequences with changes in student schedules, evaluate, monitor, and provide support initiatives for our at-risk student population.

Establish committee to analyze the transition to a new schedule.

Provide additional support and focus for students at-risk as outlined in the District Improvement Plan.

Implement Diversity Action Plan.

Restructure new teacher induction process.

Expand tutoring options for feeder schools

Create Lockport Professional Development Institute

Utilizing student classification system adopted by the Board of Education, monitor student progress toward graduation

Develop and implement a system of classroom walk-through as a resource for charting district progress toward identified goals
